Request for Qualifications

The Nueces River Authority seeks request for qualifications (RFQ) proposals from qualified Individuals, Firms, or Corporations to provide professional and consulting services and work with the Nature Conservancy of Texas which pledges to contribute in-kind service to develop a Nueces Basin Scaling Up Nature Based Solutions (SUNS). Responses to this RFQ will be accepted up to 3:00pm July 22, 2026, and submitted to the Executive Director of the Nueces River Authority prior to the deadline at:
