The Nueces River Authority has current openings for all levels of license water/wastewater operators. Successful candidates will be full-time employees and assigned to one or more systems at various locations in rural areas within the Basin of the Nueces River. The Nueces River Authority (NRA) is seeking an energetic, motivated individual to assist with coordinating and implementing the education and conservation programs in the Lower portion of the Nueces River Basin. The successful candidate will be a full-time employee and be based in the Authority’s Coastal Bend Office located at 500 IH 69, Suite 805, Robstown, Texas. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a field of science or public administration and five years of related experience. A combination of demonstrated experience and education comparable to a bachelor’s degree is acceptable. A Class “C” driver’s license with a driving record acceptable to the Authority’s current insurance provider is a requirement.
